Business Consultancy

I've been collaborating with my colleague Dr Sonia Davis for a number of years. She is a group analyst and holds a doctorate in business studies.  

Business consultancy is an applied subdivison of group analysis. The human factor is an essential ingredient in how businesses are run, how it affects the decision making process, and inter-staff relationships. Human relations in organizations are as important as strategies which keep the business going and facilitate innovation. In our approach we address both the human factor of interpersonal relationship, and group relations, but also the world of ideas and imagination which propels a business project ahead and into the future.
